MEMORIAL CANDLES

Lighting a memorial candle in the church is a special way for you to honor or remember a loved one - living or deceased.  The electronic candles can be lit for short time or they can remain on for a period of one year ($120).

MEMORIAL BRICKS

Purchasing a personalized engraved brick for our Memorial Walkway is another way to honor loved ones, recognize special occasions or to show your gratitude.

If you would like more information or to request an order form, please contact the parish office at 410-721-5770.

One of the most helpful things you can do as a faithful steward of our parish is donate through recurring electronic gifts at GiveCentral.

Donations can be deducted from checking accounts or transacted with credit/debit cards, on a weekly, monthly or other convenient basis. If you're unsure how to register, please contact our office and we'll be happy to assist you.

Recurring Sunday offerings provide the parish with year-round stability and allow us to best support our ministries and programs. Your support is greatly appreciated!

Our online payment partner is GiveCentral.org, a secure (PCI-compliant) interface for making donations to our parish. You may make both one-time and recurring payments to the church by credit card (Visa, MC, Discover or American Express) or electronic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. Church donations, special event payments, Faith Formation and Sacramental fees, memorial and special collection offerings are all accepted through GiveCentral.

The first time you visit GiveCentral.org you can establish a payment profile, or you may use the Guest Pay option for a one-time payment.

The Buildings & Grounds Committee inspects the interior and exterior areas of the Parish and Rectory and, where possible, makes repairs.  The committee meets on the third Tuesday of each month in the Rev. Edward Connelly Parish Center. If you enjoy doing handyman duties please come join us.

Archdiocese of Baltimore

The Archbishop’s Annual Appeal begins in January.  Formerly the Archbishop’s Lenten Appeal, it was founded in 1992 to provide critical funding for over 300 parishes, schools, agencies, organizations, and ministries in the Archdiocese of Baltimore and around the world.

This year’s theme is "A Light Brightly Visible".  Our contributions to our parish and our Archdiocese serve as a sign of our gratitude not only for God's answers to our prayers but also as a sign of our recognition that all that we are and all that we have are gifts given to us by God.  Through your generosity, education, outreach, mission, and ministry we touch the lives of thousands of individuals and families as we continue to share Christ’s love each day.

Our parish receives 25% of each dollar contributed up to our goal of $98,600.  Then, we receive 50% of the additional funds received.  For more information on the 2016 Archbishop’s Annual Appeal or to pledge online, please visit www.archbalt.org/appeal. Thank you for your prayers and support as we all help further Archbishop Lori’s mission.

In 2015, as a parish, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton met its goal and increased its giving from the prior year.  In 2016, please answer the Archbishop's request and make a generous pledge so that we once again exceed our goal.  All pledges can be billed in ten monthly installments.  We thank all who contribute either for the first time or in an increased capacity.

Dear Friend,

Welcome to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish.  We pray that you will find this web site useful in learning about the parish and all of the opportunities that exist here for you and your family.

We try very hard to ensure that there are no strangers among us, but as we continue to grow, that becomes more challenging.  It is up to each member of the community, whether old or new, to reach out and welcome everyone.  If you are new to the parish, I ask you to introduce yourself to me so that I can get to know you as more than just a face in the crowd.

If any staff member or I can be of assistance to you, please call us.  Again, welcome to Seton Parish.  We hope you have found a home.

Fr. Paul Sparklin

Pastor
