This is Liam Benton, your business Manager here at Seton! I’m excited to be able to share with you some things we have been up to as well as some things we have in the works for the coming year.
As Msgr. Mentioned last week, we have been working hard to get some much needed updating done at the rectory. I have been working with a few contractors, and yes helping him with some furniture assembly. He should be all set to hit the ground running when he gets back at the end of the month.
As we continue to fully open back up for all of our programing this fall I would like to take a look at a few of our processes, namely safety, to ensure that we as a parish are providing a safe environment for you, the parishioner. Over the next few months I plan to reach out to a few key people to reexamine our current safety plans and hopefully provide some updated instruction to all staff and liturgical ministers.
We are in the full swing of the backpack program. Deacon Jack has done a wonderful job with this vital outreach. Please consider donating to the backpack drive.
We are in need of sacristans and people to wash the linens. If you are interested please let me know and we can provide you with more information.
Lastly, we misspoke in last week’s bulletin. Donut Sunday will be next week, August 14th, after the 9:30 am Mass. Please come and enjoy some food and fellowship!
Have a wonderful week!

A reminder....although masking is now optional, we encourage all parishioners to use your best judgement about wearing a mask especially if you are not vaccinated or immunocompromised. Please use the hand sanitizers in the Narthex and when you enter the church at the Food Pantry entrance. As always, if you are not feeling well, have a fever or persistent cough, please stay home and watch our live-streamed Mass online.
During the month of August we will be having communion services on weekday while Monsignor is on vacation, so there will be no livestreaming of the 9:00 am weekday Mass for the month of August.
