Teen Volunteers are needed to serve as Junior Crew Leaders (accompanying campers to the stations) and to serve as assistants at each station (helping set up and instruct for each station's activities). For teens, grade 6 to age 17, please print file, mail, or return to Church Office, or the Hospitality Center before or after Mass by May 27th, 2020. Adult Volunteers are needed to lead Stations and Crews. Job descriptions are listed on the back of the Adult Volunteer form. Volunteers who help all 5 days receive FREE registrations for their children! Childcare is available for children under the age of 4. All Adults must have completed VIRTUS CHILD PROTECTION CLEARANCE. There will also be Registration Forms already printed out in the main office, upstairs office, and with the hospitality center.
REQUIRED TEEN MEETING/TRAINING:
All teen volunteers need to attend one of the following 30-minute training meetings (any convenient time or location). Those needing Worthy of the Call video training can complete the training immediately after the meeting.
May 27 (Wednesday) at ST. JOSEPH ODENTON: 6:30 PM Youth Room for training meeting; 7-8 PM for Worthy of the Call training. Meeting will be held in the Youth Room (lower level of the Old Church at the back of the parking lot).
June 11 (Thursday) at OUR LADY OF THE FIELDS: 6:30 PM Hall for training meeting; 7-8 PM for Worthy of the Call training. Meeting will be held in the parish Hall behind the church.
JUNE 28 (Sunday) at ST. ELIZABETH ANN SETON: 1 PM Youth Room for training meeting; 1:30-2:30 PM for Worthy of the Call training. Meeting will be held in the Youth Room which is in the parish center to the left of the church.
