You need to be a registered parishioner at Seton before you can register your child for Faith Formation classes. No child will be denied Religious Education due to financial difficulties.
Placement of your child will be made only after ALL of the following items are returned to the Faith Formation Office.
- Completed Faith Formation Registration Form
- Baptismal Certificate (new registrations)
- Service Fee of $90.00 per child ($80.00 for early registration), not to exceed $200.00 per family
- Volunteer Form
Early Registration Discount of $10.00 per child!!
